TheReview Process
The journal operates a double-anonymized peer-review policy; therefore, the manuscript must be anonymized.
The manuscript submitted will be sent to at least two reviewers for their comments. The reviewers will look for originality, significance, conciseness, precision, and completeness, as well as the contribution made to the field of Indology.
The manuscript will either be ‘Accepted as is,’ ‘Accepted with minor revisions,’ returned to the author(s) as ‘Revise & resubmit,’ or ‘Rejected’ if it does not meet the scope of the Journal.
The decision outcome will accompany the reviewer reports and commentary from the editor(s) explaining the decision. If the decision involves revisions, the author will have the opportunity to respond to each point of the decision.
